Based in the Geneva Lakes area of southeastern Wisconsin,  Above & Beyond Concierge, Inc. was created by Maria Loomer and Jeane Schintgen for every person who has ever wished for the gift of time.

We know most people have better things to do with their time than run errands, take care of endless chores, wait half a day for a repair or service person to show up, or take care of that never ending “To Do” list. Regardless of how well folks plan or how organized they are – these things always seem to erode the one thing there is never enough of –Time! 

We have created a "One Stop Shop" for anything that one might require, from a babysitter, or dog walker, to assistance in coordinating a themed beach party to an event planner for a wedding!  If our staff does not possess the skills, we know how to find those who do!

Maria L. Loomer

Before starting her own cleaning business more than eight years ago, Maria was a full-time, home-schooling mother of 5 children. 

A natural expert at multi-tasking, juggling priorities, organizing people and events, she unsurprisingly found herself doing more for her clients than just cleaning.  As time passed, she was being hired by her clients to assist with their business operations such as coordinating the activities and events of an entrepreneurial service firm, staffing the local Chamber of Commerce office/visitor center, assisting business owners with organizational tasks ranging from filing customer data to marketing and event planning.

Once successful people realized they could trust Maria and her extended team to handle the tasks getting in the way of their peak performance, they began retaining her services as on “on-call assistant.”

In 2008, this lead Maria to launch Above & Beyond Concierge, LLC to help busy individuals in much the same way a personal assistant would - by running errands, conducting personal shopping, scheduling services, and overall home support including meal planning and much more.

Beginning in 2010 with the addition of her business partner, the company has been incorporated and grown to include several employees. 

The Above & Beyond, Inc.  team is efficient, trustworthy, professional, and believes in client confidentiality.

JeaneMargherite Schintgen

Jeane has an extensive and diverse skill set in several fields of art and organizational work.  She is a "Jack of all trades" and yet she is master of many!

Although the owner of her own business Shimmerlings, Inc. Jeane teamed up with Maria because she saw the value in the service Above & Beyond is offering, and how that service would be beneficial to the area. As well as her confidence in how much she had to offer such a business.

As Chief Creative Officer Jeane is in charge of all things creative at Above & Beyond, from floral arrangements, event planning and decorating, to our extensive Home Staging portion of the business.

Above & Beyond Home Staging Services, which assists Real Estate Agents as well as individual Home Sellers to ready homes for a quicker sale; has been quite successful.

Our expertise is with homes on or near Geneva Lake; creating wonderful open and inviting rooms that will assist potential home buyers to feel at ease and want to purchase a specific property.

A background in interior design, landscape design, and spacial techniques as well as other artistic endeavors is what guides Jeane in her work within this portion of the business. She has successfully staged two of her own homes, each sold in less than two weeks. As well, each of the projects she has completed since joining Above & Beyond have all been quite successful as well.
