If you have a vacation home in the Lake Geneva, Fontana, Williams Bay area and are planning a weekend (or longer) stay, or if friends are coming to stay and you are unable to ready the property for them, Above and Beyond Concierge can do it!  We will stock your fridge, arrange for housekeeping, fluff with seasonal items, supervise subcontractors, schedule outings or set up reservations for you and your guests, as well as assist with any party details you may have! An Above and Beyond Consultant will give you a firm price for any task. You will know up front how much any task will cost, no surprises. With each task you will be provided with an estimation of the time it should take to accomplish. If work is going to exceed the estimate, we will contact you prior to completing the task for your approval.

Above and Beyond hires only those employees with whom we are completely knowledgeable about. Our assistants are chosen based on their work history in the client service filed, educational level, and commitment to customer service. Our staff is comprised of people we personally trust and share mutual respect. Trust and efficiency are the cornerstones of our business, and we take that quite seriously when it comes to hiring.  Above and Beyond Concierge is fully insured and bonded for your protection.

Above and Beyond bills by the hour, with a two hour minimum for your first service, and in 15 minute increments after that.  If it is a larger task, (i.e.: staging, landscaping, etc) a 50% initial fee will be due upon signing of the contract, with the remainder due at completion.

Yes, the hourly packages expire within 90 days of purchase.  Gift certificates will also expire 90 days after purchase. 

We require a 24 hour notice if you choose to cancel or re-schedule an appointment. Notification may be made via e-mail or telephone.  If notification is not received, Above and Beyond reserves the right to charge you for the full amount of time scheduled.

As long as it is legal, ethical and does not pose unnecessary danger to any person or property Above and Beyond Concierge will tackle the task!  We do reserve the right to decline any request solely at our discretion.
